Life's a Beach at East Coast park

Baby Troy's Log: (translated from baby speak by mummy)

Yah!! I'm going "kai kai" again and in the car.  I heard daddy and mummy mention east coast a few times.  This is the 1st time i've heard of this place.

Whoa!  The ground is weird.  I'm having a hard time keeping my balance as it seems to keep shifting.  Why are my toes disappearing?

Hey!  I see water...but its coming at me real fast with a funny sound.  And there's white foam on the water.  Wah! i'm getting scared.  Oh oh oh... the water just threw itself at me and my shorts are all wet.  i cry at mummy and daddy to rescue me before the water takes me away.

Now I'm safely seated away from the water on dry ground.  Hmm, time to explore surroundings.  Let's see.. Wow!  when i dig my fingers into the ground, it dissolves into littles bits.  Whee! this is fun to throw the little bits around.  What if i got some onto my head? (Troy pours sand onto his scalp).

I wonder what it tastes like.  Eowwww!  this is really yucky and hard.  Mummy!!!  Can i get some water please  Wahhhhh!

I have my spade and watering can with me.  it's fun to try and dig around me, except that mummy has now buried my feet and legs with sand.  i can't see my legs!!

I think this is fun! I feel a lot less stressed now and start to smile at the world.  in fact! this is life!  The weather is cool, there's a breeze from the sea.  I'm lazily sitting in a mound of sand tossing it around me and digging stuff up.  Before i know it, its time to go home.  Boo Hoo hoo.
